We have a 7-day shipping estimate, as some of our products are made to order. Once the package has been handed over to a shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any damages to the package or its contents. We pack our products very well to ensure the utmost protection for your stone. However, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to keep your package safe.
