Once the package has left our hands into any of the shipping companies we may use, we are not responsible for any damaged or lost package. All of our products are packaged with the utmost protection, it is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service, UPS or FEDEX to keep your package safe. Please keep in mind that all monitors are different, and the physical product may not look exactly how it appeared on your screen, we do our very best to make our pictures look as realistic as possible, however we are not responsible if the color of the stone is different from how it appears on screen. We do not offer international shipping.
